Assemblies at The Gateway Academy

At The Gateway Academy, we take pride in our diverse and inclusive assembly programme, which engages students throughout the academic year.  Each week, all students participate in assemblies led by our Senior Leadership Team, Progress Leaders, Subject Heads and our Student Leadership Group.

Our Assembly Programme addresses a broad spectrum of relevant topics, including but not limited to PSHE, RSE, SMSC and Wellbeing.  These assemblies not only foster a strong sense of community but also celebrate the achievements of our students.  Our celebration assemblies highlight our Academy Values and each term we also recognise student progress and attainment.

Through our assemblies, we reinforce the Academy's core values of Responsibility, Resilience, Compassion, and Aspiration.  We also invite guest speakers to align with our career’s framework, ensuring our students are informed about key demographic trends that are essential for their education and development.
